“Africa, The European Union and China Towards a New Global Order. From Pandemic to Renewed Integration and Global Cooperation?”
The EU-EAC Jean Monnet Network “The European Union, Africa and China in the Global Age” is inviting paper proposals to explore issues related to Africa, globalisation and perspectives of international cooperation with the European Union and China in a post-COVID-19 world.
The emergence of a severe global health crisis induced by the COVID-19 infection is redefining virtually every aspect of human relations and activity. In the face of such unprecedented global challenge, multiple questions beg an answer. It is the intention of this call to contribute actively to current debates and enhance research into the short, medium and long-term impact of the global health emergency caused by the Coronavirus:
- on the African continent;
- on Africa’s current and future relations with the European Union and China;
- on the future position of Africa in globalisation.
