From May 17 to 28, 2021, the second part of the teaching / training session “Program on entrepreneurship, innovation, and local development” took place both in person and virtually due to the situation caused by Covid19 and the characteristics of Cape Verde, which is made up of 15 islands, so the online connection allows access to students from different locations.
The title of this session was “Entrepreneurship, oportunidades y riesgos de la cooperación empresarial en África” and the attendants came from the Universidade Jean Piaget de Cabo Verde. The lecturer was professor José Mella from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
